2. Crafting Safety & Product Use Guidelines
Epoxy resin systems, hardeners, and fine mica pigments are formulated for artisan, hobbyist, and industrial crafting purposes. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to observe all recommended safety precautions:
- Work in a well-ventilated workspace or utilize appropriate air filtration.
- Always wear protective nitrile gloves and avoid prolonged skin contact with unmixed chemicals.
- Keep liquid resins and hardeners out of reach of children and domestic pets.
- Fully cured resin is inert and safe for ornamental handling; do not use for direct high-heat cooking or open flames.
3. Pricing, Indian GST & Invoicing
All prices displayed on the store are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian statutory law. A formal GST tax invoice containing our registered GSTIN and breakdown of CGST/SGST/IGST is provided for every completed transaction.
4. Payment Methods & Processing
We accept major Indian payment systems including Unified Payments Interface (UPI - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, NetBanking, and authorized wallets. All online financial transactions are processed securely through RBI-compliant 256-bit encrypted payment gateways.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, photography, color formulation charts, tutorial guides, and software assets appearing on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of IRIKA Resin Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or claim arising in connection with orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
7. Return, Replacement & Inspection Policy
Due to the chemical formulation and sensitivity of epoxy resin systems, liquid hardeners, and fine mica pigments, orders once delivered are strictly non-returnable. We do not have a general return policy. In the rare event that an item arrives physically damaged or defective, the customer must submit unboxing video footage and photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Replacements or store credits are considered solely after our quality inspection team verifies the claim as genuine.
